運動對過敏的幫助

運動對氣喘的影響
氣喘:規律的中等強度有氧運動,能改善症狀控制和生活品質,提升心肺適能,還能調節免疫系統。但是急性發作就不要急著那個時候運動了,先緩解。
運動對過敏性鼻炎的影響
過敏性鼻炎:快走、騎自行車等中等強度運動能降低炎症標記物,改善鼻部和眼部症狀。
運動對異位性皮膚炎的影響
異位性皮膚炎:適度運動有助於減輕皮膚炎症,但避免在高溫環境下,過度劇烈運動。
但也要量力而為喔
