減少寵物過敏的實用措施
但寵物是家人，不能說丟就丟。有許多可以減少寵物過敏的措施可以做，例如：
- 定期帶他們洗澡，甚至把他們的毛髮定期修剪
- 不要讓他們進入睡覺的空間
- 使用可以過濾寵物過敏原的空氣清淨機
- 使用吸塵器
- 吸貓臉部埋進去貓咪肚子的時候要忍住，不要吸太大口等等
最難做到的是最後一項，可以跟您的醫師討論喔。
