大多氣喘患者，都會做錯的2個步驟是⋯

許多氣喘患者使用保養型吸入劑，會做錯的兩個步驟：

一：沒有漱口，或

二：漱完口的水忘記吐掉，就直接吞下去

漱口的好處：減少局部副作用，例如聲音沙啞、鵝口瘡

把水吐出來的好處：減少全身吸收藥物，減少例如心跳快、手抖
